My experience with 1 and Done Carpet Cleaning was Excellent! I called about a month before and to get a quote, the price was less than what I expected by a long shot and the business had great reviews. But then life happened and I got busy and forgot about it. When I finally contacted him for the second time a month later he stuck with his orignial quote he gave me and was at my house the very next Monday. He cleaned 2 rooms and deep cleaned a rug that my puppy thought was his potty. I thought the rug was trash, but David cleaned the hell out of that rug and now it's softer than ever and back to its original white! He was fast, polite (I am a young woman that was home alone at the time, and I never felt uncomfortable at all), and an expert at what he does! I will definetlyn refer him and come back to him in the future!

Only one and Done Carpet replied with exactly what we wanted to know and the quote was very accurate and honest. Nothing hidden, nothing too low to lure us in. But just flat fare price. I definitely would say that David, the owner, is worth to do continuous business with. Also, their cleaning does not use any chemical. And David did not do a sloppy job. He made sure that he went over every spot several times and for the stains, he went over them numerous times to make sure that they don't come back after he leaves. David did a very good job cleaning my carpet and tile. Especially with my carpet since the stains that could not be cleaned by other company were wiped away. The dirty dark color at the edge of the carpet are reduced. The tile grouts now have the same clean color (before only a few grouts are clean). It was easy to setup the schedule, change the schedule and discuss the change of the service that I requested. My house is far from David's place but still he arrived in-time. He also let me know 45 minutes before he finished the job. In overall I am pretty happy with the result of his job.

I had a rental where I evicted the tenant. They trashed the place and the carpet was pretty bad and even had red stains in several places. While it wasn't cheap, they got the carpets looking as good as I believe anyone could and took the time to do it right. The price as fair given the condition. I will be calling them again the next time I need a really good carpet cleaning.

I have a 10x16 seamed carpet remnant the was in dire need of cleaning. I've rescued a few dogs in the past 10 years and this rug seemed to be the prefered spot. I tried spot cleaning, but the carpet evenually started showing those spots and it's on a hardwood floor, so it really needed to be removed for heavy cleaning. When I called a got a response immediately and we set up a time for pickup. I loved the men that came to house. They were very sweet and helpful and I must say, GREAT JOB guys!!! I danced on the carpet with white socks and I'm extremely satisfied with the results!

i called this compnay out to clean my couch and they did a wonderful job. They vacuumed the couch first, then sprayed it with something im unsure of i forgot to ask. then i watched them scrub in whatever they put down on it, and then steam cleaned it. That alone god rid of the dog odor, but the guy went ahead and sprayed it with their deodorizer for no extra cost. i hghly recommend this company.

I knocked over a half empty coke bottle in my new roomates apartment while she was out of town for 2 days on a business trip. I have a 3 year old at home and things can get hectic when your child throws a fit. My son threw his tennis ball and knocked off a un-opened wine bottle off the counter and left a horrible red mess all over our white carpet. I've had my house for about 7 years now, and finally called someone to clean my carpet. I have 2 dogs that make horrible messes when I'm at work and they took care of everything! Definately inexpensive to most cleaning services, with professional quality. The name says it all!
